At the end of a long day on a commercial set, I always look forward to hearing the sweetest three words (other than “I love you!) … “That’s a wrap!” It means that the work day is over and that I can pack my gear up and head home to clean the brushes I used and reorganize my makeup kit while assessing the day’s events.
Applied to the end of a year however, it seems much more significant. I feel obligated to look back and assess all the work I have done over the last twelve months. So, without further ado, here is a breakdown of my work in 2010.
- TV Commercials – 26 over 40 days
- Photo Shoots – 4 over 6 days
- Ballet Performances – 16
- Weddings – 5 + 1 rehearsal dinner
- Bat Mitzvahs – 3
- Proms – 2
- Special Occasions – 7
- Private Makeup Lesson -1
- Volunteer Sessions for LGFB – 10
Many thanks to all of the production companies, photographers and private clients that kept me busy this past year. I appreciate your loyalty and enjoyed working with you. Wishing you all a healthy and prosperous New Year. See you in 2011!
